What Exactly Is Coaching?
Coaching is a relationship where I support you as a client and help you achieve your goals, visions, and dreams. My job as a Life + Success Coach is to help you learn to help yourself.
Any kind of coaching requires a longer-term relationship with you. As a coach, I help you, the client, define your goals, eliminate your negative thoughts and negative emotions, and together, we’ll eliminate your limiting decisions.
As your coach, I motivate you to be your best, and I teach you how you can motivate yourself… and I’m here to hold you accountable.
My job as your coach is to always make you feel safe, accepted, and understood.
I always see the best in you so that you can see the best in yourself.
I am here to hold you accountable. Through sessions, we will identify obstacles and come up with ways around them.
I am here to guide you, lead you, and help you see things differently. Shifting perspectives can shift your states and change how you feel about situations and circumstances. Working together, you’ll learn ways to make yourself feel better.

What you can expect...
- The coaching process is more about questioning and gently guiding you to discover your limiting beliefs
- Through questioning, you’ll become consciously aware of your current ways of thinking
- Once we uncover your limiting beliefs and thought patterns, we’ll know what needs our attention
Awareness is the first step toward change.
After we discover your limiting beliefs and thought patterns we’ll shift those limiting beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors so that you can be your best.
One session at a time, we’ll change the way you see yourself and what you’re experiencing via guided questioning, reframing, and various other methods
One session at a time, you’ll learn how to let go of what doesn’t serve you.
- You’ll learn to see things differently, which will enable you to think, feel, and respond differently
- As you progress, you’ll be able to notice and feel when you shift out of a positive headspace/mentality/state.
- You’ll learn to notice and observe your thoughts/feelings/states without judgment.
- You’ll learn it’s okay and safe to feel however you feel, and in that way, you’ll be able to move through those feelings because what we resist persists
As you make note of these observations, I recommend making notes in your phone, so that we can discuss them during your next session.
- Through this process, you’ll become aware of your unwanted thoughts/feelings/states, and I’ll guide you how you can shift back into a positive state/mentality.
- We will work through replacing your undesirable thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with better feeling thoughts and healthy behaviors and overcoming the behaviors you want to change
- After each session, I’ll give you actions you can take to help you make progress.
